that form part of the overall transaction, as in our experience rent usually
forms one of many aspects important to the client.

Corporate real estate should be managed just like any other
organisational resource so that it operates at optimal performance
to ensure good value for money. Property costs are usually after staff costs
an occupier company's largest overhead. It is critical that the outgoings
are managed effectively, identifying savings and / or more efficient use where
possible. On a number of occasions we have been successful in reducing the
property-related costs paid by clients, including rent, rates, building' insurance
and service charges.
